Our first Seafaring District Celebrations in honour of our beloved seafaring heroes kicked off this week! ⛵ The first celebration took place at the East End Civic Centre yesterday evening, where our valiant seaman shared memories, laughs, and revelled in the cultural festivities of Cayman's maritime heritage. Seafaring celebrations are taking place at various locations throughout the Cayman Islands over the coming weeks. Our next celebration for our North Side heroes takes place this evening, 4 pm - 6 pm, at the Craddock Ebanks Civic Centre. Whether you served as a seafarer, had a loved one who spent their life in service or simply wish to applaud our nation builders, you are invited to attend any of the events.
