I like the way it looks and taste just as good for people that love matcha. . For those that have never tried matcha, it is a type of green tea made by taking young tea leaves and grinding them into a bright green powder. The powder is then whisked with hot water, or in this case, ice cream and has some great health benefits along with giving you lots of energy! .
