🐊 Gator Tacos & 🔥 chargrilled oysters anyone?! I wanted to see some gators while in N.O. but unfortunately that didn’t happen so I settled for some dragosandfriends Alligator Tacos and their delicious chargrilled oysters instead. The tacos were blackened alligator tail meat with arugula, pico de gallo, and Cajun aioli in soft taco shells and the oysters topped with garlic butter and Parmesan and Romano cheese and chargrilled to perfection.
