This Tuna Tartare was poppin’! Bad pun aside(😅), I finally got over to labellehelenenc and had this beauty! It was delish and I loved the popcorn topping. The restaurant is stunning in person and the staff was wonderful. . . . #labellehelene #tuna #foodblogger #tunatartare #charlottenc #queencity #uptown #clteats #charlottefood #exploreclt #frenchcuisine #popcorn #foodiesofinstagram #charlottephotographer #foodphotography #dailyspecialclt #charlottesgotalot #northcarolina #charlotte #charlottefood #yelpelite #eatinggood #bestfoodcharlotte #eats #greatfood #yum #foodlover
