This winter my most grabbed products were the Hoof Gel which protects the hoof in moist environments, think muddy paddocks, rainy weather, etc. I apply to the hoof wall, sole, and frog. . Then, the hoof wash. This is the best cleanser for your horse’s legs and hooves after a workout when their legs are sweaty and dirty, and you need to turn them off. It’s safe for skin, but antibacterial and works against fungal infections. My horse hasn’t had a single case of rain rot or scuzz this winter. . I don’t pull the hoof hardener as often during our winter months when our ground is super soft but will stock up again before summer when our ground becomes pretty hard. .
