These Major Mitchell cockatoos, also known as pink cockatoos, have a stunning crest made up of red, yellow and white vibrant colours. When attracting a partner, the male lifts his colourful brow while bobbing his head up and down. In response, the female raises her crown and bows; a sign she is accepting his mating request. #EarthCapture by harishmenonphotography . . . . #PinkCockatoo #MajorMitchellsCockatoo #BirdsOfInstagram #BirdPhotography #AustralianBirds #BirdsOfAustralia
