Join Western Illinois University in a social media campaign to #ThankaVet! To honor and say thanks to Service Men and Women, please: 1. Take a selfie with something that displays a message of thanks, or post a picture of a veteran (maybe a family member) to Twitter, Instagram, and/or Facebook (a public post will enable us to share the content via Western Illinois University's Storify). 2. Use the hashtags #WIU #ThankaVet #VeteransDay 3. Add an additional hashtag if you're part of a group saying thanks (e.g., #WIU, #WIUQC, #W1U, #SAE, #AST, #DSP, #CBT, #COEHS, #RPTA , #SHRM, #CampusRecreation, #PurplePlatoon, etc.) We'll gather all the photos through Western's Storify (storify.com/WIU) and share them via social media. #VetsMonth
