"Pele de Vidro" (Skin of Glass) is a jewel of modern architecture in São Paulo, Brazil, designed by the late Roger Zmekhol in the early '60s. Decades later, his daughter, filmmaker Denise Zmekhol, reckons with the concept of "home" as the 24-story glass triumph has now been inhabited by hundreds of unhoused people. Zmekhol sets out to meet them and gain a better understanding of their plight, while also discovering more about her late father.
