a 15 year old boy was kidnapped over a $1,200 drug debt that wasn’t even his. for the next two and a half days, he was held captive in santa barbara while being promised that he would be sent home. he never made it home. this case inspired the 2007 movie alpha dog, featuring justin timberlake, bruce willis and sharon stone. but i hope the lasting memory is not the movie. i hope it’s the real victim at the center of this story, nicholas samuel markowitz. 🤍 have you heard nick’s real story before? have you seen the movie alpha dog? #nickmarkowitz #alphadog #truecrime #santabarbara #truecrimetok
