i got diagnosed with adhd at almost 30 years old… and on 11/11 of all days. it felt symbolic in a weird way. i immediately thought of @ParisHilton not only because 11/11 is her favorite day, but because of how openly she talks about her journey with adhd, and also i remembered @alishamarie sharing her adult diagnosis. having people like them to reference made the moment feel a little less overwhelming. this is vulnerable for me to put out there, but i’m committed to understanding myself instead of being a victim of the way my brain works. 🧠❤️‍🩹 #adhd #MentalHealth #adhddiagnosis #adultadhd
