We are in Hong Kong! Asia’s culinary capital! Airline: Massive shout out to Cathay Pacific for getting us here in style. Business Class (9hour flight), amazing staff and menu. Must order the Cathay Delight, it is by far the best drink I’ve ever tasted on an airplane. Would highly recommend even though I would love to gatekeep. First stop Mott 32, one of the most awarded modern Chinese restaurant brands in the world! Where we had the most incredible dining experience trying the Iberico pork char siu. This char siu was charred to perfection with a sweet honey glaze. A must try when visiting Hong Kong. Next up Foxglove, a hidden bar inside an umbrella store. This place felt like it came straight out of the movie Kingsman! The drinks were delicious and the bartenders are super talented.
