I got my hands on some SERIOUS meat… This is a marble score 10+ Australian Wagy Strip and tbh, as much as I love beef, I don’t think I enjoy eating pieces of Wagyu at this high of a marble score unless it’s at a Japanese/Korean Bbq. For me it’s just a bit too much and I find that I get so full so quickly. That being said, it’s always a great meal once in a while.
