Cheeseburger Springrolls Ingredients: - 500g beef mince - 1 tsp onion powder - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tbsp paprika - 1 tsp fresh black pepper - 1 tsp beef stock powder - 1 tsp salt - 2/3 cup mayonnaise - 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard - 1/4 tsp onion powder - 1/4 tsp garlic powder - 1/4 cup diced pickles - 1 tsp paprika - 1 tbsp pickle juice/white vinegar - 1 packet/20 pieces spring roll wrapper - Low moisture mozzarella - Diced red onion 1. Cook beef mince seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika and stock powder until fully cooked through then set aside to cool down. 2. Make the dipping sauce by combining all ingredients in a bowl, mixing to combine. 3. Lay one sheet of spring roll pastry flat with one corner facing you.
