Ok rocky road is delicious, but let me tell you, it’s even better with a whole bag of chips 🤤 save the recipe to make it later Potato Chip Rocky Road Makes 16 Pieces Ingredients: 170g bag salted potato chips 280g bag marshmallows 280g bag raspberry licorice twists 2 cups roasted salted peanuts 540g milk chocolate Method: 1. Place the chocolate into a heatproof bowl, and melt in the microwave in 30 second bursts until smooth and melted. Stir well. 2. Add the chips, marshmallows, raspberry twists and peanuts to a large bowl. 3. Pour over the melted chocolate, and stir well to coat everything with the chocolate. 4. Line a deep 20x30cm tray with baking paper, then spoon in the rocky road mixture and spread around evenly. 5. Place the rocky road into the fridge for one hour or until solid. 6.
