ok 7 year old me would have been obsessed with this 🍪 recipe below! M&M Cookie Bark Makes 12 pieces 450g cookie dough 360g milk chocolate 1 cup MnMs 1. Preheat oven to 160°C. Line a 35x25cm baking tray with baking paper. 2. Press the cookie dough into the tray in a thin, even layer. Place the giant cookie into the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Remove the cookie from the oven and allow to cool on the tray to room temperature. 3. Place the chocolate into a heat-proof bowl and microwave in 20 second bursts, stirring in between, until completely melted. 4. Pour the melted chocolate over the cookie and sprinkle over the MnMs. 5. Place bark into the fridge for 30 minutes or until the chocolate is firm. 6. Cut the bark into pieces and enjoy!
