ok this might be my fave 🧀 Cheesy Chip Bark 165g salted chips 350g shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup aioli 2 tbsp aioli, to garnish 2 tbsp chopped chives, to garnish 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a large tray with baking paper. 2. Open the bag of chips and add in the aioli and mozzarella cheese. 3. Tie up the bag with a hair tie and shake until the cheese is well dispersed. 4. Pour the cheesy chip mixture onto the lined baking tray, and place into the oven to cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. 5. Remove the cheesy chip bark from the oven and garnish with a drizzle of aioli and sprinkle with chopped chives. 6. Cut the bark into pieces and enjoy! 7. Enjoy!
