As Helmet, the unofficial spokesman for children wearing helmets, here are three tips for making sure your kid’s helmet is actually being worn correctly: ⛑️ 1. Keep it level. The helmet should sit low on the forehead, about two finger-widths above the eyebrows, not tipped back. ✌️ 2. Make a “V.” The side straps should form a V just below and in front of each ear. ☝️ 3. Check the chin strap. Buckle it snugly enough that only one or two fingers fit between the strap and their chin. A helmet only works its best when it fits right. 🚲 This PSA brought to you by our friends at @woom bikes usa #WoomPartner #WoomBikeBus @Kohl Crecelius aka Brake!!
