Ten years ago, as a PE teacher in Roxbury, Massachusetts, I led my first walking school bus with my students. That morning felt different from every other school day. I knew I had found my calling. The Bike Bus has since given me a bigger platform to share the same joy and connection I felt that day, and that so many others feel when we start the day active and together. Prioritizing children, connection, movement, and the environment has become my life’s work. I am proud to lead with both vulnerability and joy. #BikeBus #WalkingSchoolBus #ActiveKids #JoyfulRides #MovementMatters #SafeRoutesToSchool #KidPower #BikeToSchool #WalkBikeConnect #ActiveTransportation #CommunityMatters #StrongerTogether #HealthyKidsHappyKids
