The bread for the Bánh mì is different in EVERY city. Each area has their own take on this world class sandwich and I LUBBB it because no two are ever the same. My fave Bánh mìs were definitely in Hà Nội PURELY because of their bread. It is a lot softer and fluffier inside! The ones in HCMC are larger, more hollow and have a shattering crust to them!
