The Mont Blanc went viral in Melbourne consisting of cold brew topped with a layer of thick zesty orange cream, zest, cinnamon and nutmeg. And this, is how you make it at home (in a cheat’s way)… Ingredients: Cold brew (or chilled espresso) Coffee sweetener of choice (I chose honey) Orange cream: Thickened cream Orange zest Orange juice Vanilla extract Whip until soft-medium peaks Add as much or as little until it’s exactly how YOU like Top with: Fresh zest Cinnamon Nutmeg Oh boy could I go crazy with the flavours on this… if you’re skeptical about the orange, just give it a whirl first.
