Chicken Satay Skewers with the most delicious peanut dipping sauce… wow. It’s been a minute since I’ve been a lil adventurous in the kitchen and boyyyy did it feel good. This dish is INCREDIBLY hearty and uses a lot of staples you will already have in your fridge and pantry. We had the best satay skewers at a Thai restaurant on the weekend, queue the lightbulb moment. And might I say, these were equally as good (if not better) and I made 10x the amount for the same price we paid for 2 skewers on the weekend 👸🏼 You can serve this as main by bulking it out with rice! #chickensatay #DinnerIdeas #dinnerrecipes #cheapeats #cheapmeals #cheapfood #budgetmeals #EasyRecipes
