Beef Stroganoff 🥹 One of the most highly requested dishes for me to make. I tried so hard to get this dish under $25 but failed by a solid $2.70. So I won’t include this in my Hot Broke Girl Meals series so ya’ll don’t come for me in the comments xx This dish is SO customisable it’s insane. I love every single ingredient in this dish so I went ham on ALL of them - creamier the better imo. But adjust it to YOUR liking. And remember, you can always add but you can never remove. So, if this if your first time making this dish, start with smaller portions of the mustard, worcestershire and sour cream, taste as you go and gradually add more of whatever until it tastes exactly how you like! You can either serve this with pasta, creamy mash or rice, take your pick!
