Todays pantry raid for lunch resulted in caramelised red onion dip accompanied by fresh flat bread 🧅🍞 I have been seeing caramelised onions everywhere at the moment. So, I managed to come up with this concoction using ingredients I already had in the house. The red onions were so sweet and delicious. I also opted for Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese and the tartness of the yogurt cut through the sweetness of the onions so well 😮‍💨 #caramelisedonion #oniondip #oniondipidea #flatbread
