Starting next Thursday I’m launching a series from my trip to South Bend with Neighborhood Evolution. South Bend is a special place. It has built an ecosystem where small scale local developers can thrive. That means preserving buildings, filling in the gaps, and creating economic development that actually strengthens the whole community. #SouthBend #IncrementalDevelopment #StrongTowns #Urbanism #CommunityDevelopment
