A little bit of Toronto in NYC⁣⁣ 🍁🗽⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Plate By Plate is a tasting benefit that raises awareness & capitol for an array of different underrepresented social issues within the Asian American Community.⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ I got the opportunity to be part of @Project by Project NY 2023 (this is their 25th year) as a guest chef for the special VIP Tasting Series where I got to cook an intimate 3 Course Tasting Menu for several seatings of guests.
