This is court number 5. Last week my county school district gave me a trophy with the title “community partner of the month” and honestly it was great, but what was even more special was the hundreds of hand written letters and drawers that each student wrote me, thanking me for repairing the basketball courts at their schools. One of the schools even has ever single kid put their handprint on a giant banner that read “Thank you @dadsocial” on it. I don’t know about you, but that was more than enough of a reason to keep me going on my quest to redo all the outdoor courts in my school district.
