The Portland Timbers are finalizing a deal to sign Dutch forward Vincent Janssen as a free agent, per tom_bogert. The 32-year-old had 13 goals and 7 assists for Belgian side Royal Antwerp last season and will not be a DP for Portland. Janssen will replace Felipe Mora as he is expected to join Liga MX side Atlético San Luis. #portland #portlandtimbers #timbers #ptfc #rctid
