3-Day Sydney Weekend Road Trip Itinerary🚙 We just did a 3-day, 2-night road trip from Sydney to Jindabyne and back via the South Coast on the Jaecoo J7 SHS and its 1,200km range. So can we do it in one tank? Let’s find out🤓 Day 1: Drove to Canberra for lunch at Italian & Sons — one of our all-time favs. Kept it in ECO + HEV mode to stay fuel-efficient, then grabbed a coffee☕️ by Lake Burley Griffin before heading to Jindabyne for the night. Day 2: Caught the morning light at Lake Jindabyne, grabbed Vietnamese brekkie in Cooma, and stopped at the Bega Cheese Heritage Centre — yep, that’s where Bega cheese🧀 comes from! Made it to Jervis Bay by sunset and had an incredible degustation dinner at Gunyah at Paperbark Camp Also, regen braking going downhill from the mountains literally doubled our EV range — from 20km to 40km.
