Ah the Aphrodite tour.. I was so broke in 2011 that I was unable to source enough money to purchase a ticket. I remember even the cheapest tickets in the room were around $220 from memory and as a 16 year old, I couldn’t justify that type of money. In hindsight, I wish I did everything I could to experience this show. Not being in the room is one of my only regrets in life. It has to be, in my opinion, the best pop concert of all time. The splash zone, the water jets, the dolce and gabbana custom wardrobe. The entire concert paid homage to greek mythology and culture, and was one of the most technically advanced designs ever built. It was ahead of its time and nothing has been seen like it since.  
The closest I got was the DVD, which I’ve watched at least…. 1000 times in my lifetime. The tour grossed an estimated $60 million.  I remember trying for tickets anyway, seeing them in my cart and having to watch as the ticketing website timer counted down until it eventually gave my tickets...
