Prisoners released early under the government's scheme to ease overcrowding say they are happy to get out, with some calling the conditions inside "awful." One man released from HMP Wandsworth believes the early release scheme is "good" and being on a GPS tag is better than being in a prison. Outside HMP Stoke Heath, another inmate says he is focused on avoiding going back into prison, but it can be hard falling back into "old ways" if he ends up staying in the same place he was before. #EarlyRelease #Prisons #England #C4News
