US Health Secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr was filmed catching two black racer snakes with his bare hands at Dr Mehmet Oz's residence in Florida. Widely common across the southeastern United States, black racer snakes are non-venomous and generally pose no threat to humans. However they are known to bite in self-defense if cornered or handled. #RobertKennedyJr #snakes #florida #C4News
