The death toll in Gaza is 50% higher than originally reported, according to a new study. The Lancet medical journal said that 75,000 people were killed in the first 16 months of the conflict. That figure is 25,000 more than the death toll originally reported by the Gaza Health Ministry. Israel has consistently disputed the figure but last month a senior security officer made a U-turn and said that the original data reported was close to accurate. #Gaza #DeathToll #Israel #Data #C4News
