An enormous illegal tip in Oxfordshire has been growing in size, and has become a growing issue for the local community. After months of illegal dumping, the mass of waste is polluting soil, and is likely to pollute a major river which runs right next door. It’s left questions around who is responsible for the mess, as well as arguments over who is responsible for the costy clean up.
