The island of Tuvalu is sinking and Grace Malie - known as "Tuvalu’s Greta Thunberg" and the "real-life Moana" - is fighting to save her home. The 25-year-old climate activist has been travelling the world as her island nation faces being swallowed by rising sea levels, caused by a warming planet. We follow Grace to New York, where she addresses a sea level rise summit at the UN, and tells the world’s leaders what they must do to save her people. #Tuvalu #ClimateChange #SeaLevelRise #IslandNation #GretaThunberg #UN #CWNYC #C4News
