Apparently I’m in my “take care of me” era, and honestly… it was about time 🤍 I used to get lymphatic drainage massages years ago and somehow got away from them, so finding Katrina at sculptbody_sac was right on time. She uses an LPG machine for the lymphatic drainage, which is different from the traditional manual massage but just as effective, if not more 👀 And yes, I was laid up in that little white suit letting Katrina work overtime on me 😂 I’ve been really intentional about investing more into myself this year, and this is definitely one of those things I want to keep in my routine. I love anything that makes me look good, but feeling good afterward? That’s the real win. Have you tried lymphatic drainage before? If you’re in the Sacramento area, definitely check out sculptbody_sac 🧖🏾‍♀️#LymphaticDrainage #LymphaticMassage #SelfCare #Wellness #SacramentoCreator
