The level of happiness I feel after getting my locs done should be studied 😂 Five years into my loc journey and I still get excited with every single retwist. There’s just something about seeing my parts all cleaned up and being able to really see the growth. Girl, can’t tell me a thing 🤭💅🏾 I was washing my hair the other day and realized my locs are waist length when they’re wet 🥹 So just prepare to be sick of me 😂 I just stood there like, “Wait… when did this happen?” I’m honestly so happy with how my locs have turned out. The health, the length, the fullness, even the size. Looking back, I remember overthinking everything in the beginning and wondering if I’d regret the sizing, my parts, or just starting locs in general.
