20 years ago, a trio from pre-Portlandia-Portland, Oregon bestowed upon the world their third studio album - ‘The Body, The Blood, The Machine.’ With a wider, brighter, and wilder sound than anything thethermals had done previously, ‘The Body, The Blood, The Machine’ adds walls of guitars, organs, and even a few “ballads” (aka slightly pretty songs) to the mix, while still retaining the gritty post-pop-punk sound for which they are known. This 20th anniversary edition Opaque Red vinyl LP will start shipping Sept. 18th, so preorder now to reserve your copy at the Sub Pop Mega Mart. #postpoppunk #vinyl #subpop #thethermals
