Replying to @amandaelfff I used to be a #travelnurse but when I started working at this hospital, I knew that this would be a place I would not mind working as a #staffnurse. I love how much resources we have, how strong our union is, how competitive our wages are compared to the rest of the country, and how much I’ve been able to grow as a nurse here. I never thought I’d be a #chargenurse yet here I am! These are just my own opinions based on my personal experience. Just grateful to be where I am. #icunurse #nursetok #bayarea #nursing
