Curtis spent thousands of pounds on Sudafed nasal sprays. He got to the point where his nose wouldn’t work without it. While some chemists and pharmacists restrict how much you can buy, we found some supermarkets let you buy unlimited amounts, even with your meal deal. Now @Frugal Curtis wants to see it become harder to access and with more obvious warning signs. We asked Sudafed about Curtis' story, and they told us: “Safety is our top priority, and we take reports of off-label use of our products very seriously. SUDAFED® Blocked Nose Spray (xylometazoline hydrochloride) is intended for short-term use only and should not be used continuously for more than seven days, as the product’s packaging and patient information leaflet explain. To use over-the-counter medicines safely and correctly, follow the instructions on the label and speak to your GP or pharmacist if you need advice.” #sudafed #nasalspray #blockednose #winter #health #lifeandstyle
