Diesel prices could hit a record high next week, and filling up is getting seriously expensive ⛽️📈 The average price of diesel is now just 4p below the current record of 199.09p per litre, set in June 2022, with the RAC warning that a new all-time high could be reached within days. Diesel prices have risen by almost 12p this month, while petrol has climbed above 172p per litre. The increases have been linked to rising oil prices amid the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. Filling up an average family car with diesel now costs £107.43, £29 more than at the end of February. For petrol drivers, a full tank costs around £94.61, up £21.55 since the end of February 💷 #costofliving #fuelprices #diesel
