A disqualified e-scooter rider was apprehended by police, after ditching his dog, who showed officers where to find his disgraced owner. Charles Foy, of Beaconsfield Road, Runcorn, was riding an e-scooter, a vehicle that cannot be insured and is illegal to use on public roads, with two dogs running alongside him. An officer chased down Foy, who hit high speeds, with one of his dogs able to keep up and a yellow Labrador falling behind. The distressed dog took the officer straight to Foy's home address, where he was found hiding in his loft, he claimed he was sleeping in there. #uknews #police #cheshire
