Crazy queues have been spotted across the UK as everyone gears up for the solar eclipse this evening 🌘🔭 Looking at the sun directly, even if it is partially covered by the moon can cause permanent sight loss. To prevent retina damage, certified solar glasses are a must to safely view the solar phenomenon. The eclipse begins just after 6pm BST, reaching peak coverage between 7pm and 7pm, and concluding around 8.05pm, depending on where you are in the UK. #solareclipse #skies #uk
