Video captured the moment a miserable neighbour destroyed a five-year-old boy's snowman with a shovel. The neighbour was caught in the act as he hacked away at the four-foot sculpture on Monday afternoon. Steve Curtis, 35, watched in horror after spotting the pensioner outside - having just spent 45 minutes building the figure as a surprise for his son, Jacob.
