Ghetts has been charged with a further two offences after an alleged hit-and-run. Justin Clarke-Samuel is accused of hitting a 20-year-old pedestrian, who was thrown into the air and killed in a crash. The 41-year-old appeared at the Old Bailey and was told not to give a plea and only spoke to state he understood what was happening.
