A Scottish councillor was almost caught with his trousers down when he was caught short during a web meeting. Labour councillor Bailie Raja, who is diabetic, states the incident was pure accident. Cllr Raja didn't realise his camera was still on as he stepped into his bathroom and appeared to put his laptop on the floor. At the last second, another meeting member alerted Cllr Raja that he was broadcasting his bathroom business. His camera was quickly switched off, much to everyone's relief.
