Serves 8 Total time : 1hr 30 Ingredients 120g unsalted butter 50g golden caster 160g light brown sugar 260g plain flour 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp pumpkin/ mixed spice 200g leftover chocolate Method 1. Preheat oven to 200 2. Cream together the butter and sugar with an electric whisk until it becomes light and whipped 3. Next add the egg, the vanilla and mix to combine 4. After this, add the sieved flour, pumpkin spice and baking powder, combine then fold in the filling 5. Put the dough into a 14cm round baking dish, lined with baking paper 6. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes before baking for 25 minutes 7.
