In a statement to media, NSW Police said officers located the man inside a bedroom with a knife.  'As officers entered the room, the man stabbed himself,' the statement said. 'Police immediately rendered first aid and sought assistance from NSW Ambulance paramedics; however, the man died at the scene.' A critical incident team from Mt Druitt Police Area Command will now lead an independent investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident. A report will be prepared for the Coroner.  #australia #fyp #police #nsw
