Delivery company Evri has been crowned the ‘worst’ parcel firm in the country based on customer satisfaction, for the third year running. More than 2/5 customers were unhappy with the contact and complaints process at the company, according to regulator Ofcom, which anually polls households on deliveries made by nine couriers.
