Katie Zacharia has left her role as White House press secretary just one week after being appointed to the position under Donald Trump. Her departure follows scrutiny over her claims about her legal credentials and criticism of her first press briefing, which lasted around 15 minutes. Trump said he wanted Zacharia to be happy and acknowledged that the role had been tougher than she expected, adding that she had been treated 'pretty nastily' by some media outlets. 📸 Getty #katiezacharia #whitehouse #trump #usa #news
