Eyewitness footage captured a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket creating a glowing ‘jellyfish’ after lifting off from Cape Canaveral in Florida. The phenomenon occurs near sunrise or sunset when sunlight illuminates the rocket’s exhaust plume, creating a glowing shape resembling a jellyfish. The rocket was carrying supplies and scientific equipment to the International Space Station (ISS). The CRS-35 mission launched at 6:33 a.m. ET and is carrying more than 6,500 pounds (2,948 kg) of cargo. The Dragon spacecraft is expected to dock autonomously with the ISS on October 15 after an approximately 52-hour journey. #spaceX #space #jellyfish #rocket #Science
